Bus- 8/10 not newest but kept very well; no damage and very clean.

Driver 8/10 – punctual and responsive, emailed instructions were all met; i think he helped clear trash in between the carols

Booking 9/10- transparent and very responsive. Good follow up.

Buses also typically arrive early, and bus drivers are professional and courteous. Westpoint is able to provide fuss-free services for our events, with superb customer relations.

West Point were extremely patient with us despite us changing the seating capacity and return destination several times.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. It was truly a comfortable, clean and safe journey which added to the enjoyment of the event.
